123 residents on over one acre in University City in Philadelphia Pennsylvania, with a garden and patio, large semi-private rooms, comfortable dining facilities, all therapies right on premises, phone jacks at bedside, central bathing rooms with whirlpools, spacious lounges, exterior door security system as well as wander alarm system, smoke and heat detectors and state-of-the-art sprinkler system, climate control, and strategically placed Nurses’ Stations on each floor.

Resident artists worked hard over several months with artist, muralist, and professor Donald Gensler to produce self portraits and portraits of dogs that visit Park Pleasant regularly for Pet Therapy visits.
