OUR ENVIRONMENT

123 residents on over one acre in University City in Philadelphia Pennsylvania,  with a garden and patio, large semi-private rooms, comfortable dining facilities, all therapies right on premises, phone jacks at bedside, central bathing rooms with whirlpools, spacious lounges, exterior door security system as well as wander alarm system, smoke and heat detectors and state-of-the-art sprinkler system, climate control, and strategically placed Nurses’ Stations on each floor.

Introducing….2012 Park Pleasant Calendar Girls! 

Park Pleasant’s 2012 “Glamour is Ageless” calendar features our residents as calendar girls.  Each of these women is a resident, and a star in her own right.  The oldest is 93, and all have shared a bit about themselves.  They are the heart of our mission and do not reside at Park Pleasant, but live here.

We feel blessed to be part of their lives.  They give as much or more to us as we give to them.  We feel privileged to work in their home and try daily to deserve their trust and to deserve our five star rating.
